Pork Schnitzels or as we call it back home Milanesas de Cerdo. A new introduction in the world of schnitzels when it comes to the Argentinean menu, this pork schnitzel’s Germanic/Austrian origin has been in our culinary diaspora for some time but only a few years ago it has become a favourite between Argentinean houselholds.
It consists of a thin slice of pork dipped into beaten eggs, seasoned with salt, and other condiments according to the cook's taste (like parsley and garlic). Each slice is then dipped in bread crumbs (or occasionally flour).
Ingredients: Pork, egg, flour (wheat), breadcrumbs (wheat), parsley, garlic, salt and black pepper.
Allergens: egg and wheat
