We have steak, Asado, Empanadas, and to complete the day the fourth staple of Argentinean food you can try: Milanesas. Today the milanesa has reclaimed its proud position on the Argentinean culinary scene and is served in a mouthwatering array of varieties – and locations.
A milanesa consists of a thin slice of beef dipped into beaten eggs, seasoned with salt, and other condiments according to the cook's taste (like parsley and garlic). Each slice is then dipped in bread crumbs (or occasionally flour).
Ingredients: Beef, egg, flour (wheat), breadcrumbs (wheat), parsley, garlic, salt and black pepper.
Allergens: egg and wheat
